Sweat It Out!!!

No studio for this Friday, not a happy event which worth to celebrate, because I'm going to participate in a motivational camp!!!!!

All students were gathered in front of the DUP to wait for the bus arrival. I was in dead beat because of rushing the project.

Everybody got a same bag, T-shirt, and cap =) This could urge the unity between campers

We were all from HBP lucky enough to be together in the same campsite ( Kem Belantara Elit)

Our camp was surrounded by a rubber plantation. There was also a lake which took my breath away at the first glance.

                                        -Rubber estate-

                                           -The Lake-

When we arrived to the campsite, there was a heavy downpour. We were asked to gather at the hall and grouped into 9 teams. Besides, we were

treated by hearty lunch before the intense activity......

Campers were told to wash our own plates and to keep nicely of it. Any lose of the utensils, we could not take our meal. This was what we

called as you make your bed, so you must lie on it.

Moreover, all and sundry was given a flag imprinted the logo of USM. We were warned by our facilitators with the lose of flag, punishment would

be implemented.... they sniggered and this gave me a bad omen. ( I should fix my eyes on my flag)

-Our fierce facilitator-

-We were sitting in the hall waiting for facilitator to organize us into 9 groups-

-The food looked just delicious enough to fill my empty stomach, yum yum~~~~-

We were required to wash our own plates, independent please apex baby..

While waiting for others, we wandering around leisurely. The scenery was contrast to USM main campus which located in a bustling city.

Our campsite was fully equipped with toilets, hall, canteen, much better than our imagination.

We discovered that the facilitator's room was equipped with air-conditioner, wow~ not fair...

Its time to build our own tent. There were only instruction book to guide us without any help. My tent seemed a little slanting, but it was still in the boundary of acceptable.

Our so called assets (money, handphone, mp3) were been kept to prevent any lose during the activity was carried on.

-This was my tag-

There were lot of activities which made us lack of sleep, where everybody was in dead beat. The most intense and scary activity was JUNGLE

TREKKING in the midnight. We walked in the dark, and my breath was trapped in the throat all the way in the jungle.... My legs soaked into the

deep cold mud which was nasty....

When came to SURVIVAL COOKING, it freaked me out too!!!!! When the moment they killed the chicken, i almost choked by my breath....

But we have to consume meat everyday, cant we just reject eating meat after seeing this cold-blooded event...

         -Was bitten by leech-

We were asked to fill the form about our opinion on the last day of event.

-On the journey to going back-

We gained alot of extra and precious knowledge. Althought these 3 days were very suffering but when we recalled all the memories, we felt that it

was worthy. We also learned about the beautiful brotherhood and harmony between different races in this plural

society.

The cooperation between races were just magical to me.

Besides...... my shoes ended up like this:
